Established in 1986 as a full service off- premise catering company Rich and Marie Fowler formed American Classic Catering, servicing all of Southwestern Riverside County. In 2001 we expanded our services to include a hybrid division we named “Once Upon A Wedding ” that concentrates on aspects of the wedding industry as well as our specialty – off premise catering. Networking was the key to all other aspects of the special event and wedding industry needs. In 2008 we purchased our building in Temecula to not only headquarter our catering operations but to expand our services as a resource center where other vendors we’ve worked with for years can meet prospective clients, promote their business and network among other professional in related fields.
